The Jordanian Journal of Engineering and Chemical Industries (JJECI) is an international, open-access, peer-reviewed journal published three times a year by the Deanship of Research, Al-Balqa Applied University, with support from the Scientific Research Fund, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Jordan.

JJECI publishes original research articles, review papers, short communications, technical notes, and feature articles in all fields of chemical engineering and industries.

The journal aims to promote the international exchange of scientific and technical knowledge, serving as a platform for researchers, academics, and industry professionals to share innovations and advancements in chemical engineering and industries.

All submissions undergo initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer review conducted by at least two independent experts to ensure high-quality and ethically sound publications.

JJECI is fully open access, and all published articles are freely available under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license. The journal does not charge article processing fees (APCs) or color figure fees.

All articles receive a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) via Crossref and are permanently archived to ensure accessibility. JJECI adheres to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and applies strict policies on authorship, plagiarism, conflicts of interest, and research ethics.

JJECI is actively expanding its indexing coverage to enhance the visibility and impact of published research.
